I’m very happy with the work completed and the professionalism from the day of the initial survey to today when I received the post-work 30 year guarantee (without prompting from me). As a single female, I often find people in the trade try to take advantage of my apparent lack of knowledge when providing quotes. DTD treated me with respect from day one and provided a very reasonable quote which was 10% of the price of another company who misquoted me. My only suggestion for improvement would be that they only do the actual damp work, and do not have recommended companies to do other general building work which is required before/after the damp proofing. This made organising a date very tricky for me. However, I am very happy with everything else. Thank you for taking a big weight off my shoulders.
