My car broke down just off the A14 at Cambridge. The AA helped me limp to Cowley Road Garage saying that they were good (thanks AA). Pushed the keys through the door together with a note. They were so helpful in fixing in (cost less than original estimate). They were at phoning to let me know progress and I was able to pay over the phone and pick up the car out of hours as it was left just outside. Thank you very much.
