The ladies prepped me for my wedding and done an amazing job and are super friendly and professional. My wedding nails were stunning, and everything else was actually done to absolute perfection. Very through job with eye lashes, brows, waxing etc

A disgrace. 500 pounds in vets fees following second stay this time with illness when our lovely dog never gets sick. UTIs, kennel cough and severe dehydration all a couple of days after being collected and very depressed. They don’t keep track of any food/supplements and don’t return anything back and they don’t like being challenged. Lost my dogs one a day supplement she went in with and kept the other tub. Also lost their licence previously -Google it.! Avoid if you love you pet.

In response to your claims, Molly-mae was very happy on her stay, played all the time, adoring being played/interacted with on our play area. She had a great time in the pool we took photos as she was clearly enjoying the activities, shown on our social media. All tablets were given as per instructed and when called we said the remaining tablets are at our office still waiting for your collection. The ‘food’ that you refer to was treats and were given as instructed. These treats weren’t misplaced and were given to Molly. On entry you were asked if Molly had medical issues, you said she can suffer from UTIs therefore it wasn’t something caused by her stay as she is susceptible to it. As for dehydration, we provide continuous supply of water to each animal therefore we find this hard to believe. Photos clearly show the opposite of what you are claiming she was happy healthy during her stay. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like to discuss this further. Best wishes GB
