Justin was a star! I had a few different jobs ranging from a blocked drain, brick work, kitchen ceiling to plastering and he fixed them all to a high standard and suggested ways to avoid problems in future. As I had a few jobs (and some needed to dry) we arranged for him to come back when necessary. Justin ALWAYS arranged a time to suit and was fantastic at communicating, never in the way and always friendly and professional. I would recommend Multihands / Justin and would use him again.

I messaged JD Electrics on Wednesday afternoon with an issue about a loose ceiling light fitting and a replacement socket. Jim phoned me less than an hour later, concerned the light fitting might be unsafe and when I explained I live with my elderly father, he re-arranged appointments so he could attend between 9-10 the next day. By 10.00 am both the ceiling light and socket were fixed. The socket was a really tricky job embedded in the wall, and Jim wouldn't leave it until he had not only fixed and replaced it but made it look as good as possible. While he was here Jim explained everything he was doing to both me and my dad, and offered advice. I would recommend Jim and JD Electrics 100% and will definitely use them again. No hidden expenses or waffle and a very good price I’m keeping their number safe!
