Very disappointed

Not a great experience. Didn’t get a warm friendly welcoming. Mary said I should have been there on the Friday even tho my confirmation stated it was today. Throughout the entire reading, Mary constantly asked me questions , she never gave me any information about my past and I felt clutched at straws throughout the card reading . She asked”do I have children , talked a lot about me working ( I’m ill and unable to work) she didn’t give me any clarity and I was really disappointed. I’ve had a lot of readings throughout the years and this honestly was my worst one. Mary’s page doesn’t let me write a review but there seemed to already be a review on there from me which was a new one and I had not written it . So if there is no option for me to write a review, how do the reviews get on there? Do not recommend at all

Hi Helen, I am very sorry that you were disappointed with my reading. My website does allow you to write a review - even negative ones. As I explained to you via text messages, I am unhappy when clients do not feel they have benefitted from the reading so will be refunding your payment to the bank account details you have supplied. I might add, this is the first time I have had to do this. I wish you all the best for the future.

Not a great experience this time

This was my fourth time here so Jayne knows my hair well. Don’t have extensions at the top of my hair as my hair is so thin but on Jayne’s advice this time I did, she said she would place a few on top and I said I didn’t want them on top but she suggested to see how they go . Her husband barged In the room about 15 minutes towards the end of my appointment. He didn’t say hello or apologise, just told Jayne someone was at the door. My head is very sore and my extensions are very noticeable . I’m 5 days of having them in and they Havnt settled. I messaged Jayne on the 4th day of having them explaining this and showing photos and she replied, thanks for letting me know . I told her I won’t be going back.

We decided to try a few extension a little higher at the front so we could fill in your fine sides. As explained this is the only place we could have put them and we both decided to give it a go and if it didn’t work you just needed to let me know and I would have removed and replaced elsewhere. I apologise for the rare interruption of another client collecting a product from me, however I was extremely quick. Thanks for the photos, please be aware that if the hair is greasy and parted around the extensions as in the picture you will see the bonds. Hair should be washed twice a week and styled in a way suitable for hair extensions as discussed in your consultation. Hair extensions are not low maintenance. I was grateful for you to let me know as expressed, however as you clearly stated you were not willing to return for me to have a look then. I am pleased that you were really happy with all the other times I carried out a successful hair extension service
