Mark did a great job yesterday installing our new electric towel rail; he treated us and our home with respect, and cleared up after himself most diligently. All his work looks flawlessly neat and everything works as it should. Mark explained how to program the towel rail and left us the user manual. He also put in a new socket and also repaired our landing light pendant.
