The treatments here might be great, however I wouldn’t go anywhere near purely based on the service we have received, mainly by the manager. Our original appointment for a massage was cancelled 5 mins prior due to the masseuse calling in sick last minute. We rescheduled for a few months later, and when we called to confirm our appointment (we felt we needed to due to the last time) we were unable to get through despite calling at least twice daily for a week. Due to this, we decided to cancel by text message as we did not want to risk going out of our way to be disappointed. We still did not receive a response to this. When we called to ask for a refund (this time they picked up), the manager was extremely rude, swearing at us and proceedings to hang up the phone, completely unwilling to listen to our point of view. Based on this, I would not recommend this salon.
