What a useless company.
My elderly parents had a burst radiator two weeks ago. That is two week in a damp cottage with the real threat of the current Coronavirus. No heating or hot water.
After a bad experience with B&Q in Evesham with the radiator not being ordered then being lost a local builder recommended Orillo.
The radiator isn’t a standard size so they expected for it to be ordered it. After a wait of 6 days with no contact they have ordered from Amazon. No wonder local companies like this go against the wall when they employ people that aren’t even competent enough to place a basic order.
