We reported our tumble dryer as broken to them and they quickly organised to come out to inspect it, showed me exactly what was wrong and took it away for fixing. It was fixed within a few days and brought back straight away. They kept in communication with us throughout and organised times which suited us. Would highly recommend them, they charged a fair price and everyone I met was friendly, polite and professional.
