A few weeks ago, I took my Toyota Aygo into JAM to have the drivers side door checked out, after noticing that the metallic blue paint was badly fading. Mark gave it a good check over, and ascertained that the one previous owner of my vehicle must have been in an accident, and had the door repaired and resprayed. Unfortunately, poor quality paint had been used - hence the finish deteriorating over the intervening years. Mark patiently explained what work needed to be done, and gave me what I consider to be a reasonable quote.

Mark had my vehicle in the body shop, stripped off the paint, prepared the door panel and surrounding areas as necessary, and eventually gave the complete one side of my vehicle a respray. I have to say that I was very impressed with the professional job done by the lads at JAM, and my low-mileage, 12-year-old Aygo now looks like a new one again. Based on my own experience, I can thoroughly recommend JAM.

I pre-booked a wheelchair friendly taxi with 247 Cars to take my Mum from West Park Hospital back to her home in Codsall. The booking was for 3.00pm. When making the booking I was informed that we may have to wait an extra 5/10 minutes because of Friday's being busy. At 3.25pm we were still waiting. So, I gave 247 a call to be told they were busy but there should be a taxi with us in 10-15 minutes - no apology was given. At 3.45pm we were still waiting when I received a call to ask if I still wanted a taxi - yes! said I - to which I I was told one would be with us in five or ten minutes - again, no apology given! Finally, at 4.05pm our taxi arrived. However, the driver had parked opposite a very wide muddy grass verge instead of where the other taxi's park in the pick up/drop off point (next to a lowered curb on a concrete footpath). He was unwilling to move, so Mum's wheels got covered in mud (which I later had to clean off before wheeling her into her home. Will not use 247 again!!
