The spa is open to screaming kids, child swimming lessons and is grubby.
I booked a luxury spa day for myself and wife to escape and relax. There was no chance of that. It is falsely advertised and should not be called a spa / spa facilities. Would never return or recommend it.

Guys down here always willing to help, you won't find this in B&Q.

Food is ok but the service is off. I asked for more sweet chili source to go with my brown crackers, the two staff pointed to a chap in black shirt indicating to ask him, possibly the boss. They seems very nervous. And so I did, he had a thought and decided to ask for additional money which I felt was unnecessary. The is just off.

I had the most worrying noise coming form the engine but the car was running fine. At the same time my car was recalled by BMW and I took it to Sytner Harold Wood. I therefore took the car and asked them to investigate the noise too. They were unable to fix it. I then dropped the car off to these guys who spotted the issues straight away. A loose fitting around the engine which the fixed. No parts were needed and therefore they did not charge. A very happy customer, will be coming back here next time.
