Friendly, helpful and reasonable charges. They don't go looking for extra work but will warn you of what might need doing in future.

Parts of hotel need a spruce up but overall good value and staff were excellent as was Spa facility. Would stay there again.

Refused to serve pre booked food for private party simply because we had rearranged tables to suit family party.
Made unauthorised charge against credit card saying they would hold money for 2 weeks to make sure we didn't leave any bad reviews. Threatened each family member as we checked out.

Waited weeks for quote, phone calls never returned. Tried calling in to shop but closed most of time.

First tried this salon as was in area and needed quick cut. I don't normally use non appointment hairdresser but they didn't look busy so tried them on off chance. Was so pleased with cut and service have been back twice.

Assured all appliances would be Hotpoint as they reccomend them. First Hob was Essentials brand and didn't work on fitting. Cooker hood failed after 6 weeks of use and took another 6 weeks to get repaired. Beware get every detail in writing from this company and check what they are fitting.

Contacted them early Dec asking for quote. Chased several times and they kept saying it was in hand. Tried calling in shop several times but it was never open. Gave up after over 2 months.
