This was the first time my very nervy cat Wally (who is around 12 years old) has ever been to a cattery so I was quite nervous about how he would find the whole experience as he was going to be in for 16 days. I can't believe just how well he did and how relaxed he was, and that was entirely down to Jane and the amazing cattery she's built. Wally had his own little room, along with catios that were private enough that he wasn't surrounded by other cats (which can stress him out) but he could watch the many birds, squirrels and other wildlife. Jane was absolutely amazing, she was so caring and understanding of him being nervous, she sent me regular updates and made a huge effort to get to know Wally and put him at ease. She made extra effort to keep him in one room too because he was a nervous cat, even though my booking was rather last minute and had originally had 2 room changes! She was great with his medication and food needs, I can't recommend Jane and this cattery enough.
