I have stopped going to any other indian restaurants in Southall since I started going to Raunaka. Raj the owner is lovely person to deal with but his doesn't always live up to the expectations.

Good conference and meeting facilities. Rooms don't seem to have proper signs if you don't know where to go however reception is very helpful with everything.

I approached this company twice on phone but got voice mail. Emailed them but it bounced back as undelivered. Eventually I did get call back to discuss my requirements.
I was advised by gentleman that he would email me and advise when he can come to survey my home for water softener and provide quote. It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. I have in the meantime taken quote from 2 other companies who were quick to respond.

I have recently used their services to get opinion on few things at my house from structural point of view.
Paul came across very professional and provided us verbal as well written guidance for us to go ahead with necessary alterations at house. There was slight disagreement in terms of cost but Paul resolved it professionally.
