I ordered from here after seeing loads of good reviews. shortly after i ordered and paid by card online i realised that the hygeine rating is 2 and I was scared. I phoned them to try and cancel the order but they said it was already out for delivery! It actually took about 15 mins from ordering to delivery and I like 2 miles away - how's that possible? Anyway my food looked so bad i was scared to eat it. The rice was dry and lumpy, the spring rolls were soggy and saturated in oil and my vegetables in satay sauce were like mushy strips of cabbage and beansprouts drowning in oil :( I phoned them to let them know that I was unhappy, shortly afterwards they came over to collect the food, apologised and refunded me in full - so that resolved it for me 🙄
