Can’t fault the service from Howden’s in Clitheroe. I was having an extension and we had ordered some extra carcasses to fit my old doors to. Once delivered we found out my doors were an unusual size so Leon managed to get the full Utility cupboards from various stores to us the next day. I’ve been back in several times for bits and pieces since. I can highly recommend them and am so grateful to Leon in particular for going the extra mile

We have a Dental Practice and changed our support to Technocure around 12 months ago. What a difference to our old support company. They are friendly, professional, super efficient and reasonably priced. They have responded very quickly to support queries and installed new PCs seamlessly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought my first Ann Balon outfit around 18 years ago. At the time, I thought it was expensive but it has been worn and worn, no need for dry cleaning either. Every time I wear it I still get so many compliments. I’ve worn it a stone heavier and a stone lighter than I am now and you’d never know. My daughter gets married in April, I didn’t hesitate as I knew which outfit I wanted, Ann Balon. After a wonderful appointment with the very patient Debra today, I have my wedding outfit and accessories. The price isn’t much more than it was all that time ago and I know I won’t just wear it for the wedding. If you need a very special outfit that you will feel amazing in, give Debra a call. You won’t regret it.

Found Pickering’s by accident but what a find! 3 of us all said it was the best haddock and chips we have ever had. The haddock was fantastic and the chips were cooked in beef dripping. We will certainly visit again

I’ve been here Thursday till Sunday on a sewing retreat. Usually these retreats have 15 people but the hotel kindly let it run this time with just 4 of us. This is my second visit, I was last here in February. I enjoyed my stay then but this is about this visit. These are difficult times and I must admit, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried. There are sanitising stations everywhere, social distancing is very well organised. There are less staff as there are less customers but the service has been exemplary. The food this time has been off the bar menu but there is plenty of choice and it has been excellent. 2 of the ladies have had steak each night! Andrew, the Manager and Charlie (Deputy Manager) have made sure we have everything we need and lovely Lexi our waitress is great too. I highly recommend The Olde Barn and have felt safe but had a great time.

Yesterday was the 3rd move you have facilitated for me in 12 months.
Each move has been seamless. You and your team are so polite, efficient, the furniture is well protected and strapped. Great communication meant that over 3 floors yesterday, everything was just where Bex wanted it (I know her labelling wasn’t the best)

Fantastic service from Chris and his team and a great orice too. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and your Company.

There are many large retailers that I could have chosen for my purchase but I chose to support our local shops and visited a local long established comapny Sowerbutts in Clitheroe. I ordered my beds just before lockdown, they kept in touch regularly as, for obvious reasons they could not obtain the beds from the manufacturers. The beds were delivered today, Ian and his colleague arrived in full protective clothing with masks and gloves that they sanitised frequently. I could not have asked for better service, they were superb. They bagged my old bed as my daughter is having it and checked everything was as I wanted it. I cannot recommend them highly enough and the price was just as competitive as the large retail chains.

I have an 18 month old Morkie who is not easy to groom. Sophie was so patient and had lots of tips for how we can help her next time. I’ve booked in again and really appreciate Sophie’s calm nature and professional ability.

I have had my second delivery of the RMF sewing furniture from Franklins. I met Nathan at the Duxford show and we discussed what I needed. Gary and Laurence delivered the furniture yesterday. I was their last delivery on the way to set up for the Harrogate show. You wouldn’t have guessed they had been lugging heavy furniture all day, they were friendly and cheerful and were so patient helping me maximise the space in the room. I can highly recommend them, just wished I lived nearer to one of their stores.

Fantastic workmanship for 2 new gates, good price, I can highly recommend Greenview Sheds and Fences
