This company sold me a phone through Back Market advertised as Unlocked. It was not. They told me they would contact me with an Unlock Code but they did not. They did not contact me because they know they sold me a phone without checking it.. If they had bothered checking the IMEI as I did, they should not have done so. When I contacted them they said they would ring back with an unlock code but of course they didn't because the phone is dodgy. They still expect me to send the phone back and take photos of the condition in order to assess whether I DESERVE A REFUND WHEN THEY HAVE SOLD ME A PHONE not fit for purpose!
