Still dealing with issues caused by using this company, subcontracted, from 8 years ago!!. Made one call to them following extensive (fully paid) work and they gave me the brush off and just didn't want to know. Didn't then use them for numerous subsequent projects (see my good reviews for company I now do use & recommend). Proceed with caution & check all work with these would be my advice. Withold an agreed percentage for an agreed period. Disappointing.

Was(p) very impressed with the service - punctual, professional, good value and obviously a person of integrity giving good advice etc. Would rather not have to contact again but would use Nick & his company again. Recommended

Seemed a nice enough fella who did a decent cleaning job but then very difficult to get any sort of invoice after payment (still never received so had to make one myself!). In the end left a sour taste and would not use again. As a landlord a receipt is required and expected as part of the service.

I have used Jack (Labbetts) services a couple of times for fitted cupboards/wardrobes in the house I am (slowly) turning into a home and Labbetts impeccable work has really helped with that. He know what he is doing (which you'd expect), has a great range of styles/handles but what impressed me most was how tidy he was! It makes a BIG difference. Recommended.

Found PRE to be really friendly, helpful people who are happy to fully understand an issue before explaining the options cost/benefits etc. Recommended

Poor, VERY poor. Far too many reasons to fit into this tiny box but they include, for their management service firstly; shabby administration, late rental payments that required constant chasing with numerous reasons given by them why it was unpaid (to be fair always very imaginative). [These are all my personal experience with ADR and evidencible].
Refurbishments were, in the main, poorly carried out (you will only notice this with the incoming maintenance bills following rental, often mere weeks/a couple of months after the original ADR refurb). They actually managed to erect a fence in the middle of a neighbouring back garden - not easy to do!
In fairness they had lovely offices, nice biscuits and are always on time and punctual when money is due to them so they can do it if they try. Verdict: Unsatisfactory and should try harder but not sure they are able to.
Overall...well, it's your money. Would I? Not even with yours!
