Ian is maintaining our garden regularly. Even though it's only a month since he started I can already see why every rating he has is 5 star! He is punctual, charming, delightful to talk to and most importantly, a very, very good gardener who knows exactly what to do to make the garden look great. He works hard and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. On top of that his prices are reasonable. Very happy indeed and Highly recommend him.

Dave came over and thoroughly inspected all the guttering. My intention was to have it all replaced at the rear of the house at both floors. His estimate was both competitive and fair. Nothing seemed too much bother for him, and a few weeks later he came back with a colleague and spent a very full day replacing all the rear guttering and fascias. I haven't noticed any leaks or waterfalls so far. The fit of the new guttering seems extremely good and as a bonus it also looks great because of the new matching fascias.
I would thoroughly recommend this Firm as they are very professional, helpful and polite.

After a lot of hassle trying to get Car Care Plan / Dent Wizard Ventures to fix 3 of my 4 alloys DWV finally arranged to do the job (about 10 weeks after reporting damage).
On the day of the repairs, the DWV operative telephoned to tell me he couldn't do the repair as he had broken an ankle. Fair enough I thought. I then emailed DWV (and phoned them) with the hope that they might reschedule their missed appointment. 6 days have now gone by without a peep from them. Am now in contact with Mercedes dealership who sold me the tyre/alloy warranties.
This isn't poor customer service - this is non-existent customer service. Incredibly Bad!

Had an electrics/battery problem which had left me with a car that wouldnt start. Managed to get it jumped-started and then took it to Green Man expecting to buy a new battery. These guys checked the vehicle's electrical charging system and then tested the battery which revealed no actual problems after all. They didnt take any money off me at all, yet spent around 20 minutes checking the car. All that and with a smile! Extremely unusual to find this level of service these days. I shall return when I need to buy something from them!
