Ordered and paid for goods on click and collect. Received text to say some of the goods were available for collection. Checked on internet to find that 2 items (the ones I really needed....typical) were not available today but would be available tomorrow., so all was not lost I could pick them up tomorrow before I start the planned work. When I arrived at the branch I asked what time the remaining items would be available tomorrow, I was told that they wouldn't actually be ready for collection until Monday. So I then had to go to B&Q for them as I cannot manage without them.
I wish I had gone to B&Q in the first place. This is not a complain about the Gainsborough branch as they are all very nice and helpful. My complaint is about Screwfix, click and collect is not convenient if you want your items quickly. Today! tomorrow, 3 days....get your act together!!

What a pity I can’t give less than 1 star. Only the second time I have had parcels dealt with by UKMail. What a useless company. The delivery drivers lie and say they have delivered the parcel. But still leave a sorry we missed you card, didn’t knock on the door or ring the bell. The card was slipped through the door at around 12 but stated that it was left at 9:30. I have tried to call many times but the card ref isn’t recognised. I cannot get through to speak to anyone, the online help stated it was too busy. So I went on Twitter and got a response saying the parcel has been delivered, they have now stopped responding. My word what a dreadful company. They really do not care about customers. Avoid whenever you can.
