After dropping by one Saturday morning to the unit in Acomb, I met Neil who showed me around, explained his business and what he could offer. He then made an appointment to come out and look at my windows. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I then needed consent to put in the windows, so he then worked with the regulations and tweaked the design to meet the plans. I asked him for a specific colour for the wood, which was no problem. He kept me informed through the process. Once ready, the fitters came to install the windows who were friendly, clean, thorough and did a great job.
