We booked Christmas dinner in advance (October) and On the menu said we would get a free bottle of proseecco for every 6 people booked for Christmas dinner there was 12 of us so we asked if we could have the prossecco on Xmas day on our table with our meal which they agreed, to arrive Xmas day for them to now say we had to read the small print and get our prossecco in November!!
Then Xmas dinner turned up absolutely appalling the kids had ordered tomatoe soup for starters it turned up parsnip tasted more like curry, I asked if we could change it they s they had run out of other choices when I spoke to the manager 20 minutes later she then said there was tamatoe soup out the back mains had already been served up by this point the mains was appalling no stuffing no yourkshirs and no pigs in blankets we left so upset and starving!!!! Will not be returning
