5 stars are not enough for Sim Build, after 5 quotes from various builders, Simon put us at ease with our plans and truly delivered on his promise. We now have a fantastic extension which is the envy of most our friends. He has since been back and carried out other work, like recessing steel RSJs, opening up the whole downstairs with a seamless ceiling. Absolutely fantastic.
