Not worth a star rating but have to put something down for the review otherwise would be “O” as they promised the best service and did not deliver.
Had a conservatory fitted by them (nearly three years now) and have had nothing but leeks and when you try to get hold of them no reply. Leave message on answer machine no reply. Go to office and speak to them still nothing gets done except they call and say it’s the fault of the company who fitted the blinds.
The company that fitted the blinds comes straight out to the house can’t find what they have supposed to have done wrong so ask for Down windows to contact them and come to house same time so this can be sorted, Down Windows still have not done so and in the mean time I still have a leaking conservatory.
