TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! This person confirmed he would visit the following day at 18:00 and then was a no-show. When I called him he did not answer the phone claiming that he was occupied and would be in Swansea until Saturday. How could he not have know this prior to committing to meeting me?

Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. When I expressed my discontent (politely I must add), his response was, " Alright, calm down!". This man didn't even have the presence of mine to apologise. BEST AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
