I have used Anthony Saward Gallery twice now and both times I have had great service. The quality of the frames have been lovely and I really like the way in which the shop spend time with their customers helping them and advising them on the best product. They have a lovely choice of frames both design and colour and the finished products have been amazing. Thank you and I will definitely use their shop again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.... I ordered a small trowel for my son and I was charged for postage and the item has still not arrived almost 10 days later. I chased the company and managed to track them down on FB as email and phoning was useless... they sent me a link for shipping which was blank with no shipping confirmation. I was told it was 'posted out last week' it never came and was then told they would send out 'guaranteed next day delivery' and it still has not arrived. I have since ordered from Past Horizons who have been great and the trowel came the very next day. I am reporting archtools.eu to consumer direct as I am not sure that it even exists despite having a posh looking website. Difficult to communicate with. Never answered emails, difficult to phone. Avoid if you can help it - I wish I had seen reviews on Trustpilot and Yell before ordering.
