We found this company last year and their dealings have been exemplary. From the office to the guys on the ground, their customer service, knowledge of product and work ethic is faultless. We recently had to have some additional equipment installed to satisfy a lender and we were under time pressure. Watercare Systems attended, quoted and installed within a few days and produced a report for our lenders. Many thanks. We have tried other water system engineers but these are the best.

My mother who is 89 and disabled and me, who was driving her car, were in Barnstaple and noticed we had a low tyre. We were recommended here on a Sunday afternoon and by the time we arrived the tyre was completely flat. They were busy but seeing two ladies in distress with an appointment to keep they put us ahead of the queue. They removed and tested the tyre and found no puncture but the seal between the alloys and the tyre had split. They proceeded to clean the alloy, reseal it and refit the tyre all of which took about 30 minutes. The cost? No charge! Would they take a cash tip? Thank you but no thank you! We departed with as bigger smiles as the staff gave us. Many, many thanks guys for incredible service.

I found RB Collection whilst trying to book tickets for a concert in Florence and it was the best thing ever. Oliver and his team tailor made a wonderful holiday for us and kept the surprise a secret from my husband! RB don't have problems, only solutions. My mother who accompanied us and who is disabled had all her wheelchair assistance organised during our train journey from London, Paris, Zurich, Milan and Florence. Nothing is too much trouble for them and whoever takes your telephone call knows who you are and helps instantly. We are already planning another adventure through RB and cannot recommend them highly enough.
