Don’t ask but the keys for my classic motorbike fell into the tank at the fuel station. Airfawn bailed me out (again) - they couldn’t fish them out at the Service Station , so we pushed the bike down the road to their garage & they drained/removed the tank & got them out whilst I waited. As always, brilliant service

Lisa & Saul have just finished decorating most of our 6 bedroomed house & we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their decorating services. From when they first organised their visit to price up the job, through to delivering the quote, to actually doing the job, their attitude has always been “yes, we can do that”, which is really, really refreshing.

We are delighted with the quality of the final finish and it’s a real testament to them that the day after finishing, they popped back to check that there was nothing that needed extra attention (there wasn’t).

Throughout the job, they didn’t fail to work in a clean & tidy manner, & without fuss or complaint they worked around us so we could live our lives in all 3 floors whilst they worked.

It’s a bonus that they are lovely people and totally trustworthy. We had to wait for them to become available as they were so busy (always a good sign), but they were well worth the wait.

At our last review when my wife wanted to boost her future pension benefits via AVC's, Will happily helped her with a financial plan, but advised us that her existing AVC provider was the best vehicle to do this, despite this obviously offering him no personal commission - this offers a great example of Will's commitment to his customers' interests.

I've just booked my missus car in again for its MOT & service. After the headlight favour, I went back with her new car (11 plate Audi A4) a year ago and the service and pricing was just as good again. I called in unannounced on a Saturday having discovered that both headlight bulbs had blown on my wife's car. The man was busy and on his own so I didn't expect he could help, but he took all the trim off necessary to replace them (a right faff), fitted them and only charged the cost of the bulbs. I was well impressed and will be using them from now on...so another review to follow at a later date!
