Very rude drivers, blocking my driveway and refusing to move.. not until I'm on the phone with the police; causing my wife and I to be delayed to work resulting into a loss of earnings. Management says "will talk to the driver" but it was clear there was no intention of handling the case with actual action throughout our phone conversation.

It is clear the company supports this type of behaviour regardless of what they say or try to present things.
