Installed 7 windows, done a decent job of the 6. The bathroom window frame is 2 inch’s short in height and they patched this up with trim which left a void for draft. I tried to resolve the matter with Steve before leaving this review to which no avail, he advised me to fill the void with foam. He’s refused to supply a fensa certificate so I’d suggest using a company that is professional and actually supplies what you ask for.
