Unfortunately after giving a good review last time I’m afraid the service we received on my wife’s car recently was terrible. I even diagnosed the problem for them myself before I booked it in. It took three visits , 4.5 days, for them to sort the issue out. Over this period my wife’s mum was in hospital so she was fuming that she couldn’t go and visit her as had no car. A week after finally getting the car back, her mum passed away so she is absolutely gutted that she missed the last days that she was alive. Sorry but if it takes 4.5 days to diagnose and fix a fault that was already diagnosed for you that is diabolical customer service.

Says they do printer repairs but they don’t.

Contacted them to see about a printer repair but no response. Gave up.

Called this morning with no appointment hoping to be seen as an emergency as I had no vision in my left eye.
The staff were brilliant. Very very helpful. Got me seen by the optician first thing and had all tests done very quickly. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Thanks again.
