Phoned Phil from Happy Vacs on a Tuesday morning with a broken Dyson. By Thursday afternoon all serviced, a host of parts replaced, all under his brilliant annual plan.
I found him by a quick internet search but majorly impressed with the customer service, price and his know how. He's also a thoroughly nice guy.
