We left 5 knives with Leighton while we went out for the day, 2 of the knives had points snapped off and needed grinding back a long way. We got a text after 3 hours saying they knives were ready for collection. After trying the knives we were very impressed with the sharpness, just slicing through tomato skins without pressure.
