Dr Shabbir listened to all of our concerns, and put a plan in motion. He came out to visit us in our home as getting to see a solicitor during the day was very difficult for us as we both work. Dr Shabbir also spoke Urdu. This was very helpful. 10/10

This company has refused to finish off the installation of our stove for which he has been paid in full to complete. He has not given us a Hetas Certificate either. We have a half completed job and he refuses to finish it. We have asked for our money back and he refuses to do that. We are now starting legal action. Do not pay this company any money until he has completed the job in full to your satisfaction. Better still do not use them as they do not finish jobs or come back to finish them.

Came over very friendly when the job was getting started. A nightmare to use.
Tiles were left uneven, grout missing in areas. They claim to be bathroom fitters as well, another nightmare! They have no idea about what the regulations are in this country for pipes to be used. Their idea is if a joint fits it’s good to go. They had no idea what fittings went with what.
We had water pouring through our ceiling, no valves were fitted to turn off the water from source! And the fittings were all wrong. To top it all they put a screw through the bath panel of the bath to the bath to join it, to unclip the panel off the bath urgently the enamel was pulled off our new bath! They claimed they did not put a screw in. You could blatantly see the screw hole and the screw was found to be wedged Into the bath. John lied straight to my face.
