I can't recommend Charlotte at Shaw Jewellers enough. Back in the summer my husband's diamond earrings, which hold sentimental value, were sadly broken whilst on holiday. We were told by 2 other jewellers that they couldn't be repaired.

He of course was upset and the earrings were placed in the back of a draw until he could decide what he was going to do. I thought there would be no better gift for my husband to have the earrings repaired as a Christmas present. I took the earrings to Charlotte who really took her time to inspect them (she found an issue with the earring which wasn't damaged which had never been picked up anywhere else!) And advised she would try her best to repair them, and try she did!! This was not the easiest repair by any means and Charlotte worked tirelessly to make sure the earrings were ready and perfectly presented on Christmas eve so I could collect them ready for Christmas morning. They were like brand new and my husband was absolutely over the moon.
