Thanks Andrew and all the staff We are really pleased with the fitted carpet your company laid for us in our lounge area. 3 team members arrived to fit the carpet..... .just feed them tea and biscuits.. They were so efficient and incredibly polite and friendly and extremely helpful. They moved furniture as needed without qualm. They also took our old carpets away. A bonus....... Andrew turned up as they were nearing completion and gave a hand..... I hope the Avocado plant was OK for your wife...If she would like a Mango plant, just get in touch.

Mike and his assistant from Plexus Electrical installed our electric car charger. We wanted to install the charger in our garage which is not joined to the house which involved the cable being laid under our paving slabs and into the garage. The weather was atrocious. The men did this quickly and efficiently. The charger was installed in the garage in a good position that was suitable for the car. They ensured the device was working perfectly and instructed us on how to use it. They were thoroughly professional in all aspects of their work.

Well, what can I say ... excellent.

My battery on my Huawei Mediapad started to drain faster than usual and I got a notification to replace the battery. I have had it for 3 years and it has been in constant use, so I was expecting it.
I rang Huawei Support who emailed a label and reference to send it to SBE via DHL. I went down to the agent (WH SMITH) at about 5.30pm,
From the tracking it was collected Thursday evening,
Friday morning just before 10am, I got an SMS message to say that it had arrived,
On Monday, a quote arrived via email, which I was very happy with. Monday afternoon I rang to accept the quote. Customer service was abso;utely faultless.
Tracking shown that my device had been repaired on Tuesday mornng,
Wednesday morning I got it back!!!
I would not hesitate to recommend SBE and would certainly use them again if needed.
