When our baxi boiler broke down, we called KA and they were about to visit within an hour. After identifying a leak deep inside the boiler, and at 14 years old, it was concluded that the boiler is likely beyond economic repair. We scheduled with them to install a new boiler and they were able to book us in the same week. Very quick and professional, and very reasonably priced.
