The absolute worst service. We paid a holding deposit on a property 4 weeks ago and still haven’t seen it. Agent (Ryan) “no showed” at the viewing after we took time off work to see the house because he is not flexible with viewing times. It took 3 hours of continuous phone calls to get through to someone at the office on the day the agent didnt show up for the viewing. In less than 2 weeks they expect us to move into a property we haven’t even seen. Agent hasn’t bothered to schedule viewings of the property unless I hound him for it. No effort or communication has been made since the holding deposit was paid. I phoned and asked to speak to a manager who is conveniently never around. No customer service and no care. I Wouldn't like to deal with them for a year if i rented a property they managed if this is how it starts off.
