Nasty, threatening bullies.

A truly dreadful company. Unfortunately I'm stuck having to use this awful company without any choice or say in the matter.
They do very little for the money, much of the charges goes as 'management fees', and they have the nerve to threaten financial penalties when I have paid the charge on the due date, without bothering to check that I've paid as required.
They have threatened me with financial charges. 3 times now, when I had paid as required on every occasion. Nasty, bullying tactics.
How very silly to alienate and annoy the good payers with such underhand tactics when there are plenty of bad / non-payers who should be chased instead.
I recommend avoiding ever having any business with this nasty, threatening, bullying company, if you have the chance to.

Poor customer service, derogatory remarks about customers, didn't know the VW/Audi/Skoda TSI engine has a camchain instead of a belt.
