Shockingly bad - never had an option for replacement vehicle when car in service Centre despite that being the one major factor I repeatedly emphasised as vitally important to me. Then some dope there suggested my sick (and immobile) child and I hang around there for 3 hours + while they mot it. Honestly, useless.
