When I booked my appointment for car MOT with this Garage, I was told if my car fails MOT, they can do the repair. I took my car to this garage for MOT on 23/09/22 and I was told my car failed MOT. The lady at the reception told me that they will not repair my car and I should come and collect my car. This was contrary to what I was told when I booked the car in for MOT. This meant I could not travel up north since this garage was unwilling to do the repair. I requested that I should at least be given a quote for what needs to be repaired. They later gave me a quote while standing up and writing on the MOT test failure notice given to me. Other garages I have been to in the past will quote to repair your car if it fails MOT and asked if you want it repaired. This garage asked me to take my car away from their garage as they won't be doing the repair. When I called again on Monday 26/09/2022 to request they look into repairing my car, I was told the earliest appointment is 03/09/2022.
