Hotel lovely from the outside and the gardens are nice to walk around. The service however and the rooms are not 4 star. We had our starters served to us before we received our drinks and we had to ask 3 times for them before we got them. The food was gorgeous though cant complain about the good or the quality of it. We stayed in the deluxe spa room which had stained curtains and a stained chair next to the bed which is not ideal and quite disgusting. We wrote to the hotel and sent photos of the curtains and chair and we got accused of lying and hunting for the dirt. Which shows no good customer service at all. Overall not happy with this hotel and we wont be coming back.
