Was here for the first time today getting my kitten microchipped. My baby had an accident on the way in and became incompetent due to stress and unfortunately caused a mess on the way in. Appointment was on time and the lovely lady who seen us cleaned my kitten up, dried her and also cleaned the cat carrier out and put a puppy pad in it. She was really gentle and met all of my kittens needs as she knew how stressed she was. She was welcoming, respectful and spoke to me and my partner about the pro’s and con’s of neutering. I am glad me and my partner chose this practice as my kitten got the best care and she also calmed my anxiety of being there too. The ladies at reception were also a delight and there was a beautiful cat on the desk with them which I was allowed to sag hello too. Will definitely be returning / contacting them if I have any worries or concerns about my kitten.
