We thought Flame Lily were generally excellent . Although our mum (who hated being told what to do and was very self-willed) did not get on with all the carers provided, Audry - the manager - was very persistent and patient in finding carers that worked. We ended up with carers that were lovely - very caring and conscientious.

There’s a big advantage to Flame Lily in that Audry takes a very personal interest in all her clients. She was amazingly flexible, sympathetic and human in her approach . She was very easy to talk to and work with whatever the problems were.

Our mother died peacefully at home with all of the family and with Caroline - her longest standing carer who really loved her and had a wonderful sense of humour . That she stayed happily at home was largely due to Flame Lily. We are very grateful to Audry and all the carers who worked with mum.
