Left out timid ex stray cat for the 3rd year running. As always he came back in the same condition as he went in. Michelle is such a lovely caring person and I am confident when I leave Shadow that he is well looked after and in safe hands . Will definitely be back next year and would recommend this cattery.

Had soffits,facias and guttering replaced. Arrived on time every day. Friendly,polite and professional workmen. Left the property clean and tidy. They have done a fantastic job and transformed the house. Would highly recommend.

took our cat for first time to the Haxby branch with a nasty facial abcess, the vet was fantastic, very knowledgeable and couldn' t have done more to calm a very tense cat. She ended up having to shave his fur and lance the abcess, all the while talking to him whilst he underwent a painfull procedure. ,I could not fault the treatment he got and at no point thought they were just out to make money as previously suggested in other reviews. Took our cat for a check up appointment 2 days later as suggested, saw another vet who was just as superb as the first one we'd seen and didn' t charged for that appointment. Will certainly be using them again without hesitation.
