We were so incredibly happy with the level of care our kitten, Skylar, had during her stay with Jane. We went to view the various lodge rooms before we booked, and we were very suprised with the space of the lodges and the ammenities included (such as TV, an actual bed, catio, etc). The prices were amazing too, so we knew Skylar had to stay here instead of a standard cattery!
She definitely took a few days to adjust being away from us for the first time, and Jane was excellent at helping her adjust. She put a pet remedy diffuser in the room & even gave her different food to try and encourage her to eat when she wasn't eating at all. I had complete trust in Jane to look after our fur baby so well, and I am so glad that we left our kitty in her care.
We have found a cattery Skylar will be going to for life & have booked in again already for an even bigger room!
