Mr Munoz came out to do a furniture report on a suite that was of unsatisfactory condition, the report was to claim the full amount of money back from the bank, as the manufacturers refuse to pick up the suite.
The report was very accurate and stated that it was not fit for purpose. We have now got a full refund from the bank and are very happy with mr munoz services.
