We had our chimney “repaired” by James. 18 months later we had some further work done by another tradesman who discovered the top of the chimney was unfinished and full of loose rubble. I raised this with James who initially said he would recompense us for the cost of having this repaired but when I got back to him I have heard nothing further. Nothing short of a scam.
