Viorela is a highly skilled seamstress with a strong work ethic. I contacted Francesca Design panic stricken 3 weeks ago, I had changed my Mother of the Groom outfit and had to wait several weeks for it to arrive late at my chosen bridal shop. I had two weeks to get alterations. I telephoned a couple of alteration companies, no availability or not enough time to do. Francesca Design calmed me down and reassured me it is possible within the time frame, bring dress in. Viorela is calm and empathetic, the back of my dress with an invisible zip and waist were altered to perfection- in 1 week!!!!!!! Outstanding customer service and reasonable price. I highly recommend Francesca Design for small and complicated alterations.
