My dog was booked to stay for three nights. When I called to check drop off time on the day of the stay, the lady I spoke to was not in any state to be talking to customers. She rambled at me for a good 10 minutes asking for feedback on a stay that hadn’t yet and generally slurring her words and not really answering the question I had about drop off time. She also started asking me if I though we should pay less as we supply our own food. I told her we wouldn’t expect to pay less, but this didn’t seem to be the answer she was looking for. She also stayed that she thought we had cancelled (we hadn’t). The lady quite honestly appeared to be drunk and because of this I cancelled the stay as I couldn’t leave my dog in the care of someone in that state.

I left my dog there at short notice after being let down by a different kennels. Becky was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. My dog had his dietary requirements followed and was looked after well. Would recommend and will certainly use again.
